A Note from Our Head of School
Why did you choose Nova Pioneer?
The Nova Pioneer belief in the value and inherent potential of each child led me here. We are committed to develop leaders and innovators who will be equipped with the skills to change their life trajectory and impact the continent of Africa. At Nova Pioneer, we believe in fostering the innate curiosity of the child through investigations and enquiry-based learning, coupled with an emphasis on developing the 21st century skills. We cultivate students to critically think, creatively problem solve, collaborate with each other, analyze and explore systems, communicate effectively and become lifelong learners.
What is the most important factor that a Nova Pioneer education can contribute to a child’s future?
The education at Nova Pioneer will empower a child to drive their future through meaningful, valuable, engaging and collaborative learning experiences. On top of that, we have a deep seated commitment in developing a strong culture embodied in our culture principles- Joy of Learning, Always Growing, Greater Together, Servant Leadership, High Expectations and Solutions First. Our culture principles represent our foundation and is in the fabric of who we are and what capabilities we envision for our students beyond their school going years.
What is important in your role as head of school?
Ensuring that all our students are empowered to compete globally, that they also experience the most effective teachers and are provided with a rigorous, enquiry based education that will provide access to opportunities that will enable them to create, navigate and shape their own future!
