The last weeks of the year have a way of filling up. Exams, end-of-year concerts, prize-givings, holiday plans and the long list of things to sort out before everything closes for the festive season.
Choosing a school for next year should not be one of the things left hanging over the holidays. So from 26 October to 4 December 2026, we are making it easier to settle it now: families who complete their enrolment in this window pay half the standard enrolment fee.
Why deciding before December matters
Your child gets time to look forward to it. Children settle best when a new school is something they have had time to picture, talk about and get excited about. Knowing in November where they are going in January turns the change into something to look forward to, rather than something that arrives suddenly.
You get a quieter January. Uniforms, stationery, lift clubs and first-day logistics are much easier to plan when your place is confirmed before the holidays, not in the first busy week of the new year.
You have more choice now than you will in January. Some of our grades are already full for 2027, and many others are filling up as families confirm their places for next year. Applying now gives you the best chance of a place at the school closest to home, in the grade your child needs, and alongside any brothers or sisters.
And it costs less. For families who complete enrolment by 4 December, the enrolment fee is halved:

Who can use the offer
The offer is open to new families enrolling at any Nova Pioneer school in South Africa, from Tots to Grade 13, for the 2027 school year.
Families who have applied for, or been awarded, a Nova Pioneer Academic Scholarship or Need-Based Bursary can also use it. Scholarships and bursaries cover tuition, so the reduced enrolment fee does not change your award in any way.
The offer can be combined with our Sibling, Referral and Feeder or Partner School discounts.
How to secure your place in three steps
1. Apply online. Start your application on our Apply Online page. It takes a few minutes.
2. Complete the admissions steps. Upload your documents, attend your child’s assessment and complete the affordability check. Our admissions team will guide you at each stage.
3. Pay the enrolment fee by 4 December 2026. Once your child is offered a place, pay the enrolment fee at the reduced rate. Payment must reflect in our account by 4 December.

Good to know
- The 50% discount applies to the enrolment fee only. Tuition, aftercare, transport, uniforms and other charges are not affected.
- Payment must be received and cleared between 26 October and 4 December 2026. From 5 December, the full enrolment fee applies.
- Places are subject to availability in the requested grade and to completing the admissions process.
- The offer does not apply where a family has an existing Nova Pioneer account in arrears at the time of payment.
- It cannot be combined with any other enrolment fee waiver or discount.
- Nova Pioneer employees are not eligible.
- The enrolment fee is non-refundable once paid, and the offer cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
